BARNSTABLE — A 37-year-old Centerville man arrested as a fugitive from justice in November pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Barnstable District Court to a charge of trafficking fentanyl.David Silva was ordered held on $50,000 bail after denying the charge of trafficking fentanyl over 10 grams, according to court documents.Silva was arrested after police spotted him driving on Route 28 in a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with North Carolina license plates, according to documents.
