FALMOUTH — Falmouth police have taken a second man into custody in connection with an alleged firearm assault Wednesday, while a third man remains at large.Cordell DeCoster, 18, of Falmouth, was taken into custody shortly after noon Friday, police said in a statement. They are still searching for Ryan Lucas, also 18 and of Falmouth.
