BARNSTABLE — A 37-year-old Hyannis man was charged with assault and battery on a family/household member after the victim complained to police about repeated abuse.Igor E. Goncalves was arrested Wednesday and arraigned Thursday in Barnstable District Court. The victim told Barnstable police Goncalves grabbed her by the arms Monday night and demanded she speak to him.
