BARNSTABLE — An Osterville man who was found in October at a motel with 7.06 grams of heroin was indicted Friday by a Barnstable County grand jury, according to the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office.Marcus Bennett, 25, is charged with carrying a firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, intimidation of a witness, possession of heroin with the intent to distribute and the illegal possession of a class E substance.
