TRURO — An officer trying to frisk a man ended up deploying his Taser twice during an altercation Thursday night, according to court documents.Around 8 p.m., Officer Craig Bayer saw a Saab sport utility vehicle with two men inside pull into a driveway at 54 Collins Road, according to reports.
