FALMOUTH — A 23-year-old Carver man pleaded not guilty Monday in Falmouth District Court to charges of domestic assault and strangulation after an alleged assault in Buzzards Bay.After a verbal argument escalated at about 2 a.m. Sunday, Frank Araujo allegedly grabbed the victim by the neck, according to court documents.
