ORLEANS — A man who once played a role in the murder trial of Christopher McCowen has been charged with rape of a child with force, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and reckless endangerment of a child.Brewster police arrested Jeremy Frazier, 34, of Brewster, on the charges Thursday, according to court documents.
