CHATHAM — A paddleboarder and two good Samaritans were rescued after being unable to make it back to shore this morning.At 10:41 a.m., Orleans firefighters, the Chatham harbormaster and the Orleans Department of Natural Resources sent boats to the water off of North Beach Island for a report that three people were out on the water and couldn't make it to shore, according to Orleans fire Capt.
