FALMOUTH — A Falmouth woman pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges she embezzled thousands of dollars intended for the Mashpee Boosters Club.Aja Cassell, 37, was arraigned in Falmouth District Court on charges of embezzlement of over $250 and larceny by a single scheme. She allegedly stole $4,511 raised for the booster club, a fundraising group that manages the assets and accounts of all Mashpee High School sports teams and clubs, according to a Mashpee police report.
