ORLEANS — A 41-year-old Truro man pleaded not guilty Monday in Orleans District Court to charges of operating under the influence after crashing his pickup truck into a utility pole in Truro.Truro police Officer David Hobbs was on patrol at 2 p.m. Friday when he saw a Honda Ridgeline crashed into a pole at 72 Highland Road, according to his report.
