CHATHAM — A Harwich man pleaded not guilty Thursday in Orleans District Court to charges he stole an estimated $12,573 worth of tools and family silver from a friend's home.A seasonal resident of Old Harbor Road called the police Dec. 29 to say all of his family sterling dinnerware as well as tools were missing from his home.
