ORLEANS — A man and a woman police stopped and arrested Thursday night on Route 6 in South Wellfleet pleaded not guilty Friday in Orleans District Court to trafficking cocaine.James Pecoraro, 29, and Kourtney Lyons, 30, both of Wellfleet, were arraigned on a charge of trafficking cocaine, more than 36 but less than 100 grams, according to a court official.
