ORLEANS — A 52-year-old South Chatham woman pleaded not guilty Monday in Orleans District Court to charges she drove drunk through a police roadblock at the height of the storm Friday, ran over live downed power lines and crashed.According to a report by Harwich police Officer Brendan Brickley, he had pulled his cruiser across Old Queen Anne Road in Harwich at 8:30 p.m. to warn people away from downed live wires.
