BARNSTABLE — A Hyannis man accused of raping a woman earlier this year will have the same bail in Superior Court that he had in District Court.Superior Court Judge Gary Nickerson on Tuesday accepted an agreement between prosecutors and the defense attorney for Amir Byah to keep the bail at $5,000, a continuation of the same bail and conditions of release previously imposed in Barnstable District Court.
