Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe on Saturday identified the two Falmouth police officers shot Friday night and announced that two other people were arrested on charges related to obstructing officers before the shooting.Falmouth police Officer Donald DeMiranda was shot in the chest; that bullet was stopped by his vest.
