ORLEANS — An East Orleans woman was sentenced to 18 months in jail after she pleaded guilty Friday in Orleans District Court to operating under the influence, second offense.The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation until October 2020.Alice Flood, 25, also pleaded guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was found responsible for possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
