MARSTONS MILLS — The driver of a car that flipped over and caught fire Thursday on Osterville-West Barnstable Road is lucky to be alive after a bystander and a passing police sergeant pulled her from the wreck.The crash occurred at about 10:13 a.m. near Woodside Road, according to Barnstable police Sgt.
