A 19-year-old Marstons Mills man was indicted Wednesday by a Barnstable County grand jury on drug and firearms charges, according to the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office.Terrell Peters is charged with carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, defacing a firearm serial number and possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.Police arrested Peters just before 2 a.m. Nov. 2 after they responded to area of 58 [...]
