WEST YARMOUTH — Police arrested a Canadian man for allegedly operating a boat while drunk in Lewis Bay on Tuesday afternoon. The Coast Guard received a call from a concerned citizen reporting a boater was having trouble pulling up the anchor of his vessel in Lewis Bay, said Coast Guard Chief Operations Specialist Dustin Costa.
