CHILMARK — A West Tisbury woman allegedly drove her car into the ocean early this morning, prompting an investigation involving multiple police departments. The driver, Amira Tranchell, 25, was the only person in the car when she drove it into the water at around 1:30 a.m., according to a press release from the Chilmark Police Department.
