FALMOUTH — A Falmouth Marine and Environmental Services officer suffered a concussion after allegedly being beaten while working a police detail Friday night in Woods Hole. Chuck Martinsen was working a paid detail at Landfall Restaurant on Luscombe Avenue when, at about 11 p.m., he was approached by a woman he knew who was in distress.
