BARNSTABLE — A Forestdale man was arrested after a cellphone video showed him assaulting a woman, records show.Michael St. James, 38, pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Barnstable District Court to charges of assault and battery on a household member, witness intimidation and assault on a household member.
