HYANNIS — A Rhode Island man was arrested in connection with an early morning assault and robbery. At around 2:15 a.m., Barnstable police came across a man at Cromwell Court Apartments on Barnstable Road who had suffered facial injuries, according to Sgt. Jason Laber.
