HYANNIS — Three people were arrested early Saturday and one person will be summoned to court following a fight at a housing complex parking lot on Barnstable Road over what police say was money owed from a drug deal earlier in the evening.When police arrived at around 1:15 a.m. at 168 Barnstable Road, they found Jennifer Monaco, a 47-year-old Hyannis woman who had been struck by a car and had a broken ankle.
