FALMOUTH — An attempted kidnapping charge was dismissed against a New Hampshire man at his request Monday in Falmouth District Court. Glen Hunter, 61, of Manchester, New Hampshire, faced the charge after being accused of trying to take a woman who had been ruled mentally incompetent out of Bourne Manor Extended Care in July 2014, but the staff would not let him leave with the woman, according to police reports.
