CHATHAM — A 22-year-old Chatham man was seriously injured this morning after the car he was driving left the road and struck a tree, according to police.Clarence Crowell IV was flown by helicopter to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston after the crash, which occurred at 12:36 a.m. in the area of 346 Sam Ryder Rd., according to a statement from Chatham police.
