Hyannis woman charged with assault on child
HYANNIS — A Hyannis woman pleaded not guilty in Barnstable District Court Tuesday to assault and battery on a child with injury, according to court documents. Blanca Hernandez, 29, was released on personal recognizance, according to documents. The alleged offense occurred Sept. 23.
