WEST YARMOUTH — A 32-year-old Hyannis man was arrested on drug charges Monday after a witness reported a road rage incident on Route 28, according to Yarmouth police.Shortly after noon, a Honda Accord tailgated another car for about 2 miles after trying to pass it near Baker Square, police said the witness told them.
